“ could not find a compatible Bluetooth chip on your system “
Just download R159805 with your link can help me.
My Bluetooth works now correctly.

Thanks for the post. Had spent 4 hours with working on the Bluetooth-case. Dell homepage sucks. Downloader requires .NET, One of their programs called QuickSet packed into MSI requiring msiexec newer than what is in XP, but contains programs able to run under XP. Just sick of it… :( :P

I had exactly the same problem – with the difference taht I upgraded to Windows 7. After running the above peace of SW it’s now running smoothly. Thanks
